Resolution from the board of Directors in favors of signatory

In cases involving multiple owners, a power of attorney must be provided in favor of the individual submitting the application on behalf of the other owner(s). This power of attorney should be executed on stamp paper as per the provided specimen and duly attested by an Oath Commissioner.

Certified of Memorandum od Articles of Association
