Here are the key subdivision of the LESCO new connections.

Distribution Type

Select one of the distribution companies. For instance, if you wish to apply for a new electricity connection with LESCO, choose LESCO from the dropdown menu. This can be easily accomplished through a simple process.

Category Type

In this step, you need to choose a category based on your power load in kW and select your desired load from the dropdown menu.

Sub Division

Choose your subdivision from the dropdown menu. Before making your selection, ensure that you are aware of your subdivision.

Enter your neighbor’s bill reference number in the field.

Note– If there is already an electricity connection at the premises, please provide the reference number of that connection instead of your neighbor’s.

Choose your connection type from the available options. The options are:

Note– If you are applying for a corporate company, industrial, or commercial connection, you must provide the NTN (National Tax Number) and STRN (Sales Tax Registration Number).

To apply for a new connection online, you need to visit the ENC (Electricity New Connection) system or the online application portal. You must complete all the required fields thoroughly, ensuring that the information you provide is authentic. Please note that the ENC does not accept fake information.

Attachments

Here, you need to upload the following attachments in JPG/PDF format. Ensure that the file size of each upload does not exceed 300 KB.

Property Document Copy

In this context, you are required to provide evidence of ownership, such as a registry, farred document, allotment letter (if applicable to a housing colony). All provided documents must bear authentication from either an oath commissioner, notary public, or a Class one officer.

Get Print of Lesco Online Application Form

You should obtain a printout of your submitted application form and attach all the mentioned documents to it. Then, send or submit this comprehensive file, including the application form and required documents, to the relevant office.

Issuance of Demand Notice

Once your submitted documents and information have been verified, LESCO will issue a demand notice.

Demand Notice Fee

Your next action is to make the payment mentioned in the LESCO demand notice at the designated bank. After making the payment, you must submit a copy of the demand notice to the appropriate office for further processing.

Meter Installation

In the final stage, the relevant office will review the payment verification of the demand notice, and upon verification, they will proceed with the installation of the connection.

Attested Copy of Applicant’s CNIC: It is needed in Single phase meter connection.

Attested CNIC Copy of Witness: It is required in three phase meter.

For the installation of an industrial connection, you must provide additional documents in addition to all the other attachments mentioned earlier, such as

Affidavit Form Copy

(as per the template available at the relevant office on Stamp Paper and duly verified by an Oath Commissioner) confirming the absence of an existing electricity connection at the requested location and the absence of any outstanding debts. However, should any outstanding dues be discovered subsequently, the applicant will be responsible for settling those debts first.

Resolution from board of Directors in favors of signatory

In cases involving multiple owners, a power of attorney must be provided in favor of the individual submitting the application on behalf of the other owner(s). This power of attorney should be executed on stamp paper as per the provided specimen and duly attested by an Oath Commissioner.

Certified of Memorandum od Articles of Association

Plan to establish a company in Pakistan, you must submit the memorandum to the company registrar at the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) in accordance with the Companies Act of 2017.

Certified True Copy of Form-29

Utilizing Form 29, you are required to notify the SECP Company Registration Office regarding any alterations in the officers of your company or any modifications in their details. This particular form is among the frequently submitted forms to the SECP. As per Section 197 of the Companies Act of 2017, it is mandatory for every company to keep a record of its officers.
